A Few Critters!

This post is just of animals encountered in Agonda this month.  Wow....a month here already! I wasn't planning on being here so long this year, but one sunny day...one tasty meal....one more bout of reading on the balcony....they just all added up.  Not that I'm complaining!!

Please click on the pic to EMBIGGEN!

To start with....
His craziness.  This kitten lives at Hidden Garden, and really is the craziest kitten I've encountered.  He constantly is attacking every part of his body, with his hind legs as his arch-enemy.
Of course, just where he's not supposed to be.

Some others from around here & there.

'Noisy cat', at Secret Garden.

At the Chowdie fish market.
Having a good time at the beach.  Beach dogs are either running around playing or barking at almost anything.
...and of course, this is India, so...
Finishing the day shift on the beach, heading back for the evening ruminations.

Tired out....

Art installation and inspiration

Looking for a handout.
Dressed up in Chowdie, looking for baksheesh.
 Kites, of course.

Mmmmm....something dead, dried out and full of sand to eat!

Murder site.

A bit more domesticated
Part of a catch on the beach
 In the Chowdie fish market:

On the beach, leftovers from fishing nets

Just down the road, thousands of quite large fruit bats in the 'bat trees.'

To finish off, another lizard!
